Logo, symbol, colour, typography, iconography and voice. A neutral, warm stage where each client brand shines, in its own colour.

The logo

A single word, lowercase, with the terracotta dot. The lowercase conveys closeness; the bold weight of Hanken Grotesk gives the stability of a B2B brand. The dot stands for the saved contact, the completed gesture, and never changes character.

02 · Symbol

The seal

When there is no room for the full word (avatars, favicons, the app icon), the seal steps in: the three-cylinder mark, in paper, on a terracotta square with straight corners.

Colour

A warm, calm base, paper and ink, punctuated by a single accent: terracotta. The greys always carry a hint of beige, never cold neutrals.

Icons

A single 1.7 px stroke, rounded caps and joins, 24 grid. Geometric yet friendly: never filled, never double weight.

06 · Voice

How we speak

Clear, courteous European Portuguese. Short sentences. We address the user formally, with respect but without stiffness. We explain what happens, as it happens.

·Direct. “Save contact”, not “Start the recording process”.
·Reassuring. We confirm every action: “Profile updated instantly.”
·Human. We talk about people and brands, not “users” and “entities”.
·Sober. No extra exclamation marks, no emojis, no empty promises.
We say
“When the data changes, the card is already up to date.”
We don't say
“Revolutionise networking with the #1 card app!”
